The Salmon

The letter Kuf is the only non-final letter to descend below the writing line. Originally, it represented a Monkey (“Kof”). The Zohar speaks of it negatively : it is considered a letter of falsehood because it “mimics” the letter Heh, a letter appearing twice in the name of God.

The letter Resh forms the upper part of the letter Kouf, and Zayin its lower part. Together, these two letters form the words “Raz” (רז “Secret”) or “Zar” (זר “Stranger”) which have a gematria of 207, matching that of the word “Or” (אור “Light”). This helps us understand why the word “Kadosh” (קדוש “Holy”) begins with the letter Kouf: the Tikoun (repair or rectification) of the letter Kuf enables enlightenment of the darkest places and allows the sparks of holiness to return to their Source.

The salmon, which journeys from the depths of the oceans and swims against the current to return to the Source, ot Makom, perfectly symbolizes the letter Kuf. The repair of the letter Kuf, a return to the Source, allows the “Monkey” to transform into the “Temple of Solomon”.

When the “tail” of the Kuf is removed, it becomes the letter Heh: humanity is no longer a “monkey” but “in the image” of God.

“Salmon” is “Salmo” in Latin (a word likely of Gaulish origin). “Salmo” means “Psalm” in both Spanish and Italian.

“Salmon” is also called “Iltite” in Hebrew.

Ethos Logos Pathos

According to Aristotle, there are three registers of rhetoric:

Ethos, the manner of being
Logos, the argumentation
Pathos, the emotions

The initials of Ethos, Logos, and Pathos in Hebrew—Aleph, Lamed, and Peh —form the word Aleph, the first letter of the alphabet, symbolizing the One.

Both Aristotle’s rhetoric and the teachings of the Ari Zal affirm that God is One.

Six Six Six

According to the Bible, Adam was created on the sixth day.

The number 6, like the number of days of Creation before Shabbat, represents materialization.
Six corresponds to the Hebrew letter Vav, the 6th letter of the Hebrew alphabet. The Vavim are the hooks used in the Temple. The letter Vav serves as a connector (“And” in Hebrew) linking words together.
Vav is also Yessod, the sefirah representing Sex (“Six”), that unites.
On the 6th day, Yom HaShishi, the week and Shabbat are joined.

The names of God YHVH (26) and Elohim (86) have a gematria that ends with 6, because we must unite them: uniting Masculine and Feminine, Exterior and Interior, Transcendence and Immanence, Above and Below.

In Jewish tradition, something repeated three times becomes a Chazaka, expressing completeness, an established fact.

Thus, 666 is the number of Man with a capital M: the Complete Man who unites Heaven and Earth, who connects and brings forth Light.

וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים, נַעֲשֶׂה אָדָם בְּצַלְמֵנוּ

“In our image” is “BeTsalmenu” in Hebrew

Tsal / Tsel (צל) means “Shadow”. According to some views, it is better to translate the verse as follows: “Let us make Man in our shadow.”

“Shadow” is “Ombre” in French.
In Spanish, the word for “man” is “Hombre”.
Man = H (letter Heh) + Ombre = Shadow of HaShem

The Tefillin are two small cubic boxes containing four biblical passages and are attached to the arm and the head.

Our task in this world is to unite the Spiritual and the Material, Heaven and Earth, Masculine and Feminine, Thought and Action, YHVH and Elohim, Transcendence and Immanence, …
The Tefillin, bound to the Head and Arm, fully embody this union.

A tefillin box is called “Beit” (“House”).  “Beit” sounds like “Bête” (“Beast”) in French.

Man is a Royal Palace.

There are several theories surrounding the etymology of the word “Louvre.” One suggests it stems from the Old French word “Ouvrer” (“to work”). In 1190, Philippe-Auguste decided to build a fortress in the capital, and the resulting building is indeed a colossal work. “L’Ouvre” (modern French “L’Œuvre”) may have gradually transformed into “The Louvre.”

Man is a creation that contains countless other works within himself. To reveal them, he must work, labor to create an opening, a space to welcome the Divine. In this way, Man becomes a Royal Residence—a dwelling for the King of Kings.

“The challenge we face in discerning the spiritual within our daily tasks, or in attempting to nurture our inspiration in everyday life, characterizes true exile. In the Messianic era, God will heal this division. The barrier will become a portal, allowing the spiritual and material to regain their original harmony.”
—Rabbi of Lubavitch

Likewise, the pyramid serving as the entrance to the Louvre courtyard represents the Masculine principle, while the one inverted underground, like a chalice or cup, symbolizes the hidden Feminine principle: man’s closest companion, his soul.

Man’s worst companion is his ego. But when he turns toward his opposite, the Uni-verse, man’s “worst friend” (“pire ami” in French) becomes his alter ego, his soul mate.

One must go toward Her, toward the Masterpiece, toward the Mona Lisa.

“Mona” is a contraction of “Madonna,” and “Lisa” is a contraction of “Elisabeth.”
The name Elisabeth comes from the Hebrew “Elisheva,” meaning “My God is Seven.”
אלישבע
Bat Sheva, said to be the reincarnation (gilgul) of Elisheva, was the wife of King David.
The number seven, as with the seven pools in the Louvre courtyard, the seven days of creation, represents harmony and completeness. Seven is also the sefira “Malchut”, the Feminine Dimension, the Cup / Chalice / Grail …

In Hebrew, “HaShem” means “The Name”: God.

To avoid fully writing the name of God, it is customary to write only the letter Heh.

The Heh corresponds to the letter H.
H, like Humor.
For God is Amour, God is Humor.

In the name of God, YHVH, the letter Heh appears twice.

This repetition of Heh signifies laughter, as in “Hey Hey!”, “Ha Ha!”, “Hi Hi!”, “Ho Ho!”…
The first Heh corresponds to the sefira Bina, and the second to Malchut: the Kingdom of God.

Bina and Malchut are feminine attributes. The feminine dimension of the divine, which relates to inwardness, is revealed by the Mashiach, an anagram of “Yismah” (“He will rejoice”). Thus, the Mashiach is the incarnate Laughing Word.

Eight Eight Eight

In Chinese culture, the number 8 is the ultimate symbol of good fortune and prosperity, representing fullness and success. Its unique shape, resembling the symbol for infinity (∞) but turned vertically, symbolizes the connection between Heaven and Earth. It’s a number that transcends natural laws, standing beyond the dimension of seven. In a way, eight unites duality, as seen in its visual symmetry and the presence of two “Alpha” (α) symbols bound together.

In Mandarin, “eight” is pronounced “Bā” (八). This sound finds an intriguing echo in Hebrew, where “Ba” (בה) translates to “in her” (the Shechinah). With the addition of one (the “kolel”), symbolizing “going beyond”, the Hebrew gematria (numerical value) of “Ba” also equals eight. Eight, in Jewish tradition, is notably the number of days marking the miracle of Hanukkah’s oil. In Hebrew, “Eight” (“Shmonei”) and “Oil” (“Shemen”) even share a root, reflecting a deeper connection between the concepts.
שמונה
שמן

In English, the word “Eight” takes on a similar symbolism when paired with “H” (for height), producing “Height,” a word that implies elevation and aspiration. The Hebrew letter Heh represents the divine in “HaShem” (“The Name” : God). This letter also resembles a ladder, symbolizing a climb towards understanding. The name YHVH contains two Heh letters, symbolizing Bina and Malkhut, the feminine aspects of spiritual receptivity and manifestation.

Repeating a concept three times in Jewish tradition forms a “Chazaka,” a state of confirmed completeness. This idea is reflected in the phrase “Ba Ba Ba” (“Eight Eight Eight” or “In Her, In Her, In Her”), with a gematria of 21—the same value as “Ehyeh” (אהיה), meaning “I Will Be” in Hebrew, which corresponds to Keter (the Crown), the highest level of spiritual understanding. This phrase, “Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh” (“I will be who I will be”), from Exodus 3:14, suggests an ongoing process of becoming, a journey through and within.

To ascend spiritually, one must go “into her,” or delve into Elohim, the divine name associated with the natural world, the feminineaspectoftheDivine. By integrating Elohim with YHVH, a higher, unified state is achieved.

#ElleOHim #higHer

The gematria (numerical values) of the seven words in the Bible’s opening verse offer additional layers of meaning.

Gematria of the 7 Words in the First Verse of the Torah: 913, 203, 86, 401, 395, 407, 296

– 1st and 3rd words = 999
– 3rd, 5th, and 6th words = 888
– 3rd, 5th, and 7th words = 777
– Value of the first 5 words = 1998 = 2 x 999 = 3 x 666

These numerical reflections in sacred text allude to connections between Heaven and Earth. When we separate Heaven and Earth in our priorities, focusing instead on earthly distractions, we distance ourselves from the unifying potential of these divine numbers.

When YHVH enters into Elohim, all is One.

In Hebrew, the word “Aleph,” the first letter of the alphabet, embodies unity. Formed by two letter Yuds (10 + 10) connected by a Vav (6), its gematria is 26, equivalent to the name YHVH (יהוה).

Through the lens of cultures and languages, the number eight emerges as a powerful emblem of completeness, continuity, and the harmonizing of Heaven and Earth. Its resonance across traditions invites us to see unity within duality, reminding us of the infinite potential that lies within all creation.

Al-Aqsa and Alaska

The name Al-Aqsa, given to the mosque located on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, means “The Farthest” in Arabic (أقصى). This name resonates not only geographically but also spiritually, as Al-Aqsa represents a distant sanctuary in the Islamic tradition. It’s from this site that the mythical Prophet Muhammad is said to have ascended to the heavens, marking it as one of the holiest places in Islam.

In a different corner of the world, Alaska is known as “The Last Frontier.” This nickname reflects the rugged, untouched landscapes and the frontier spirit that defines this 49th state of the United States. Interestingly, in Kabbalistic thought, the number 49 also symbolizes a boundary—representing the 49th of the 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding), which embodies a “final frontier” of spiritual comprehension.

The connections between Al-Aqsa and Alaska go beyond mere symbolism. Both lands sit on tectonic boundaries, making earthquakes a frequent occurrence. Al-Aqsa has been destroyed or severely damaged about ten times since its construction.

Meanwhile, Alaska’s mountainous terrain and seismic activity place it among the most geologically active regions in the world. The region’s Mount Saint Elias, rising to 5,488 meters, symbolizes the awe-inspiring landscapes that dominate Alaska.

Alaska
אלסקה
Gematria (with the kolel) = 196+1 = 197
= gematria of the name of God « El Elyon » (« God Most High »)
אל עליון

The phonetic connection is also intriguing. When we study indo-european roots, we can see that a sound pattern featuring a vowel followed by the consonant “L,” as found in “EL”, “AL”, “IL”, etc. often implies something elevated or distant. In French, “He” and “She” are “Il” and “Elle”. This linguistic thread weaves through various languages and mythologies, tying the concepts of height, distance, and otherness to these names. In Hebrew, “Ilan” means “tree,” while “Alon” means “oak,” both symbols of strength and rootedness. Similarly, in Latin, “ille” refers to something far away. Greek mythology brings us Aeolus, the god of the winds, whose name also hints at the idea of height and distance. The name of the Aleutian Islands comes from “Aliat” (“Island” in Chukchi).

From the Alps to Mount Olympus, Mount Elbrus, and the Alpujarras, this “EL” / “Al” sound recurs in names associated with towering landscapes. In Micronesian mythology, Aluelap is the god of the sky, while in Marshallese, “Aelon” means “island,” and “Ilōñ” means “above.”

Thus, both Al-Aqsa and Alaska emerge as lands of extremity, borders between worlds, holding unique spiritual, linguistic, and geological significance. They are places that symbolize both the physical and metaphysical boundaries we encounter.

Beit

The term “Bête” translates to “Beast” in French, while “Beit” means “House” in Hebrew. The Hebrew character בית signifies this concept.

In our generation, we must recognize that the Beit is here.

It is imperative that we confront the Beast—the primal, animalistic part of ourselves—to construct a Beit, a dwelling place for the Divine Presence across the globe, heralding a New World Order.

The ordinal gematria of “Shem HaMeforash” is 116, which also corresponds to the gematria of “YHVH Melech” (יהוה מלך), meaning “God is King.”

Those who oppose Kabbalistic principles may soon find themselves “vaccinated,” regardless of their preferences.
