Expansion of the N.om.bre (Name / Shadow / Number)

The shadow of a letter = the complete Hebrew alphabet, minus that letter.

For example, the shadow of the letter Heh (ה) has an ordinal gematria equal to 248 (total value of the alphabet, 253 – 5):
אבגדוזחטיכלמנסעפצקרשת
= gematria of Avraham (also the number of positive commandments)
אברהם

To turn Avram into Avraham, the letter Heh (ה) must be added:

“No longer shall your name be called Avram; your name shall be Avraham, for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.” (Genesis 17:5)

Now let’s calculate the shadow of the Name of God YHVH (יהוה):
We remove each of its letters in turn:

אבגדהוזחטכלמנסעפצקרשת (without Yod – י)

אבגדוזחטיכלמנסעפצקרשת (without Heh – ה)

אבגדהזחטיכלמנסעפצקרשת (without Vav – ו)

אבגדוזחטיכלמנסעפצקרשת (without Heh – ה)

Classical gematria total = 5954
= gematria of the Name of God YHVH (26) × 229

229 is the gematria of “Ribuya”, which means “Expansion”, “Multiplication” in Aramaic.
It can also be read as “Ribuy Aleph” in Hebrew: the expansion of the Aleph, of the One.

ריבויא
ריבוי א

Shadow of God = God × Expansion

What we perceive as the absence of God (The Name) is in fact His silent expansion.
